All Melbourne Tool products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects and/or inability to perform the task as advertised by Melbourne Tool when used correctly.

The warranty does not cover wilful misuse of the product from what it was originally designed for, nor does it cover user neglect of the product. It does not cover parts that are expected to wear over time or failure to maintain the product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To lodge your warranty claim please click the link below to complete our Warranty Claim Form. If your warranty claim is deemed valid, the item will be repaired or replaced at Melbourne Tool's expense in line with the terms of the warranty.

After lodging your warranty claim, our Support Team will be in touch when they receive your claim with instructions on what happens next. 

If your warranty claim is deemed valid, a return of the whole product, part of the product, or a component may be necessary. The cost of postage will be covered by Melbourne Tool Company while any other incidental costs (packaging, drop off at local post office) may need to be covered by the customer.
