Melbourne Tool orders are eligible for free UPS Ground Shipping delivery where the order and/or items are valued over $79.00 for all addresses within the lower 48 states of USA.

UPS 1-2 Day Express Delivery for orders valued under $79.00 - Cost is calculated at checkout
FREE - UPS Ground Shipping for orders valued over $79.00

Melbourne Tool uses UPS extensive network for all deliveries. All packages are trackable and when you provide your email address and mobile number, this will be shared with UPS so you receive regular updates on the status of your delivery as it is being shipped to you.
You can choose to have your delivery sent to any street address within the USA.
Dispatch Timing
Orders placed prior to 9am EST will be dispatched same day, orders placed after 9am will be shipped the following business day.
Freight & Delivery
All prices advertised exclude freight delivery costs. Before you commit to any order from Melbourne Tool we will show the full price including freight at the checkout. Confirming any order means that you accept the freight cost as shown.
All packages are trackable for up to 60 days after dispatch and the tracking number will be provided in the shipment email sent confirming departure of your goods from our warehouse. Please allow up to six business days for delivery to capital cities and fourteen business days for other destinations. It is usually much quicker than this!
Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind and decide quickly after ordering that you wish to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed and we are able to cancel it, we will do so and refund the full value of the order.
Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled and will need to go through the Returns process before being refunded.
