The MTC Low Angle Jointing Plane features an easy-to-adjust, precise depth and lateral blade adjustment system. Simply twist the knurled knob to set the depth of cut, and slide it side to side to skew the blade within the plane mouth. MTC has selected M2 High Speed Steel (HSS) for its blades, known for its high abrasion resistance. This means it holds a sharp edge significantly longer than many other steels.
